At least one author of each accepted extended abstract must register to be eligible for full-paper submission and inclusion in the ICMSC 2026 Conference Proceedings (ISBN), subject to successful peer review and acceptance.

Selected high-quality full papers may be considered for SCI- or Scopus-indexed journals or conference proceedings, subject to the scope, editorial policies, and peer-review process of the respective publisher.
