Researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and students are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers aligned with the conference themes. ICMSC 2026 provides a platform for sharing innovative research, exchanging ideas, and fostering collaborations in sustainable and resilient civil infrastructure.
Authors are invited to submit 2-4-page extended abstracts presenting original and unpublished research aligned with the conference themes. The extended abstract should clearly outline the research problem, objectives, methodology, key findings or expected outcomes, and the significance of the work.
The extended abstract submission deadline is August 25, 2026. Acceptance notification for extended abstracts will be issued on September 15, 2026, and accepted authors must submit full papers by October 31, 2026.
All submissions will undergo single-blind peer review based on originality, technical quality, relevance to the conference themes, and clarity of presentation. Accepted extended abstracts will be included in the ICMSC 2026 Book of Abstracts.
Following full paper submission, manuscripts will undergo a rigorous peer-review process and, based on the review outcome, will be considered for publication in the ICMSC 2026 Conference Proceedings and/or recommended for publication in selected SCI- and Scopus-indexed journals or conference proceedings, subject to the scope, editorial policies, and acceptance criteria of the respective publication outlets.
Accepted and presented papers are expected to be published in Scopus-indexed conference proceedings, subject to the publisher's approval and fulfilment of all publication requirements.
Selected high-quality papers may be invited to submit extended manuscripts for publication in SCI- or Scopus-indexed journals, subject to the respective journal's peer-review process and editorial policies.
